Who we are
This store is run by CRAFT SALES (partnership firm, GSTIN 24AAUFC8514F1ZB), trading as Fabulous Hardware, of Shed No. 15, Street No. 6, Varun Industrial Area, B/h Rolex Ring, Nr. Solar Technocast, Kothariya, Rajkot, Gujarat 360005. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you give us.
What we collect
- Order details: name, mobile number, email, shipping and billing address, GSTIN (if you give it), items ordered, and order and payment status.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Account and wishlist: if you create an account or save items to your wishlist.
- Messages: whatever you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or our contact form.
- Device and browsing data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and cart activity, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To process, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to handle returns, refunds and support. We need this to fulfil your order.
- To send you order and delivery updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- To issue tax invoices and keep accounts, as GST law requires.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, such as fake COD orders.
- To send offers by email, WhatsApp or SMS, only if you agree. You can stop them at any time.
- To measure our ads. We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which tell Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that a visit or purchase happened, so we can see which ads work and show relevant ads. Contact details are shared only in hashed (scrambled) form.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it. We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll, click and move around our pages (heatmaps and session recordings). Text you type into forms is hidden in these recordings.
Who we share it with
Only what each of them needs to do their job:
- Shopify: our store platform, which hosts the data;
- Razorpay: payments;
- Shiprocket and its courier partners: your name, phone and address, for delivery;
- Meta: ad measurement, as described above;
- Microsoft (Clarity): site usage analytics, as described above;
- Swym: the wishlist;
- our messaging providers, accountants and auditors;
- government authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data. Some of these providers store data outside India, with suitable safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and payment records: for as long as GST law requires, which is 72 months from the due date of the annual return for that year.
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
- Support messages: while we need them to handle your request, then deleted.
- Security logs: 1 year.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- ask us to erase it, except records we must keep by law;
- withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it, for example by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or contacting us. Anything we did before you withdrew stays lawful;
- nominate someone to act for you;
- complain to our Grievance Officer.

Cookies
- Essential cookies run the cart and checkout. They can't be switched off.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) can be blocked in your browser settings.
Children
This store is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Security
- The site uses SSL encryption.
- Payments go through PCI-DSS-compliant processors.
- Only authorised staff can see your data.
- If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
