Shipping policy
- We deliver only within India. We don't ship internationally.
- Shipping charges: free on orders of ₹499 and above, and ₹79 below ₹499. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices already include GST, and there are no hidden fees.
- Cash on Delivery: available on eligible orders. If your order qualifies, you'll see COD as a payment option at checkout. There is no extra fee for COD.
- Dispatch: within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays) from our warehouse in Rajkot, Gujarat.

- Couriers and tracking: we ship through Shiprocket's courier partners. You get a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- If delivery fails: the courier usually tries up to 3 times. If the parcel comes back to us, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again or a refund.
- Late or lost parcel: if your order hasn't arrived 7 days after the estimate above, contact us. We'll chase the courier, and if the parcel is lost we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
- Check your parcel at delivery: for damaged, wrong or missing items, see our Return and refund policy (report within 48 hours).
